Your name, email, order details, account or Discord identifiers, support messages, technical logs, IP address, cookie preferences and information required to configure or deliver a service.
Who receives it
Trusted providers involved in hosting, email, payments, security, analytics and service delivery may receive limited information. Payment and cryptocurrency providers process information under their own notices. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We retain records only for operational, support, security, accounting and legal needs. Some service content may be automatically deleted under the service’s settings.
