1. Purpose
This policy protects our customers, communities, systems and third-party platforms.
2. You must not
- break the law or encourage illegal conduct;
- commit fraud, impersonation, phishing or payment abuse;
- upload malware or attempt unauthorised access;
- harass, threaten, exploit or unlawfully discriminate against others;
- infringe privacy, copyright, trade mark or other rights;
- send spam or scrape data without permission;
- overload, probe, reverse engineer or bypass technical restrictions;
- use our services to distribute prohibited, exploitative or dangerous content;
- resell or share access where the product licence does not permit it.
3. Community and workspace owners
Owners must set suitable rules, moderate users, respond to reports and use lawful permissions. They are responsible for content and members under their control.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate, remove content, limit features, suspend access, terminate services, preserve evidence or report matters to a platform or authority. Action will be proportionate where reasonably possible.
